Essay

Corneal neovasculyarization. Purpose - to increase efficiency of medical treatment of diseases of cornea, accompanied with its neovascularization. Methods are ophthalmology, system of evaluation of corneal neovascularization, fotoregistration, biochemical, gistomorfological. Slit lamp, camera, microscope. First features of corneal neovascularization are explored at the destructive processes of different degree and localization. A patogenetic value of damages of different areas of eye surface, and also value of violation of metabolic components for the origin of corneal neovascularization were established. The developed patogenetic system of medical treatment of diseases of cornea results in the stop of growing vessels in cornea in 43%, to the complete or partial reduction of newformed vessels in 44%, rise of visual acuty on 14%. It is inculcated in the ophthalmology departments. A sphere is medicine, clinical ophthalmology.
