In the conditions of gastroenterology clinics 365 patients with a chronic pancreatitis (CP). According to the literature the condition of a question of etiology a CP is investigated. It is determined, that the allocated volume of a secret of a pancreas, quantity of allocated enzymes, bicarbonates depends on a phase of a motility of a duodenal gut. Influence cycloferon, thiotryazolin on a motility and рН a duodenal gut at patients with a CP with dyskinesia of a duodenal gut are investigated. Developed approaches to treatment of a CP are developed at its combination with erosion-ulcer Helicobacter pylori eradication.
