the object - is patients of miscellaneous age-grades with carious defects of firm tissues of lateral dens; the aims to increase of efficiency of sealing of lateral dens on the basis of differentiated selection of composite materials for ill miscellaneous age; the methods - clinical, morphological, experimental, statistical; the new is advanced a technique of treatment of a caries of lateral dens, founded on correction of principles of sealing of carious cavities by photoaggregates and stuffs of chemical solidification depending on age of the patients; the outcomes - are given to the guideline on selection and practical usage of composite materials for lateral dens depending on age of the patients, that considerably increases efficiency of their recovery.
