Galagan V. The Legal and Criminalistics Problems of Criminal Procedure Improvement (On the materials of Internal Affairs bodies of Ukraine).

Theoretical questions of criminal procedure concept, structure, essence and tasks are consistently examined in the thesis. The special features of the criminal procedure beginning, content, ending and performance by different departments of Ukraine Internal Affairs bodies are defined. The disputable and unsettled questions are examined according to kinds, steps, stages of criminal procedure and authority of subjects who carry out this activity. Criminal and tactical techniques, which are used in crimes investigation practice are also studied. The disadvantages of some investigation procedures of law settlement and their usage are analyzed; conclusions and recommendations on researching questions are formulated.
