Polishchuk V. Intensification of processes of production of carbides,nitrides and composites on their basis

In the monograph the modern methods of production of powerds of carbides and nitrides are described. Conditions are inverstigated and the technical solutions for intensification of these processes in vibration - moving and pseudo-liquefied layeres, by multiple mechanical actions on initial components during synthesis are offered. Synthesis conditions of composition magnetic - abrasive powders on the basis of carbides of trsnsition metals and iron direct from inital components are considerate. Features of high-temperature processes of synthesis of carbides and nitrides of metals are analyzed;the constructions of equipment for realization of these processesare given. Data on features of chemical and phase composition, shape and dispersity, structure of a crystal lattice, physics-mechanical characteristics of powders of carbides and nitrides of metals and compositionpowders synthesized in different conditions are submitted. The world experience of industral production of carbides and nitrides, and also fields of their use in enegiineering is analysed.
