Essay

Inflammatory process in the chorioidea complicated by a ophtalmohypertension and uveal glaucoma, uveal cataract and macular edema with subsequent by chorioretinal dystrophias. Increase of efficiency of treatment by the patients with complicated forms uveites by the substantiation and applying pathogenetic oriented medicamental and surgical methods of correction metabolic, immunological and neurohormonal violations. Methods - histological; biochemical; immunological; ophthalmologic; a fluorescent angiography, ultrasonic dopplerography. Apparatus: the ultrasonic scanner, spectrophotometer. The role metabolic, neurohormonal and immunological violations in development of uveites complicated by a macular edema with subsequent by chorioretinal dystrophias, uveal cataract, ophtalmohypertension and uveal glaucoma is studied, the formation concept of the complicated forms uveites is formulated. The reference directions of treatment patients with complicated forms uveites are designed, applying synthetic cloneofhormonum of an epiphysis "vita-melatonin" also is justified. The intrusion of offered methods increases efficiency of treatment patients with uveites with ophtalmohypertension and uveal glaucoma on 11,8 %, with a uveal cataract - on 8,3 %, with a macular edema (on 15,7 %) and subsequent by chorioretinal dystrophias (on 8,9 %). The outcomes of activity are inserted in Kharkov RCH, KSMU. A sphere of use is medicine, ophthalmology.
