Object of the studu is complex of economic relations arising in the process of development and use of the stock methods for financing the industrial corporations under market transformation. Objective of the study is elaboration of a scientific concept of development and efective use of the stock methods adequate to specific conditions of the market transformation of the economy, method of research include methods of formal and dialectic logic, induction and deduction, qulitative analysis and synthesis, quantitive analysis of economic indicators, economic and mathematical simulation. Theoretical and practical results consists in further development of the market transformation theory as for usage of stock methods for financing the industrial corporations. Novelty is the concept of development of the market tratsformation theory as for usage of stock methods for financing the industrial corporations for realization of their capital-creative function at the expense of attracting the additional externalsuurces of financial resourses and creation of new institutional environment for business operation in the real economic sector. Degree of introduction are commitees of the Ukrainian Supreme Rada, Ministry of Economy and Europian Integration, Coordination Council under President of Ukraine of Securities Market, Regional subdivision of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, Donetsk City Council. Sphere of application covers state power structures and industrial corporations.
