Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of general adaptational syndrome structure and its role in the internal pathology origin and trend. It was established, that adaptational reactions of stress, overactivation, defective adaptation are unfavourable types of reactions (distress), which differ from quiet and rised activation (eustress). New trend - universal character of adaptation for external and internal factors - is developing in the thesis. The necessity of adaptational reactions was well grounded theoretically and practically for patients state estimation and effectiveness of therapy assessment.
