Essay

The morphological substance of hypoxic injury of newborns heart was determined; development of myocardial ischemia, "stunned" myocardium phenomenon, secondary mitochondrial insufficiency was demonstrated. Laboratorial and instrumental criteria of moderate and pronounced extent of myocardial ischemia were developed. Optimized complexes of pathogenetic based varied cardioprotective therapy with metabolites lipin and qwercetynum was approved.
