Lyovochkin S. Macrofinancial stabilization in Ukraine in the context of economic growth

The system of financial regulation of the rate and proportions of social and economic growth, the instruments of fiscal and monetary policy. Elaborating the system of complex usage of financial instruments for providing macrofinancial stability and stimulating sustainable economic growth. Methods of cognition: dialectical and historical methods; analogy and comparative analysis; analysis and synthesis; systemic approach; methods of grouping and classification. The problem of stabilizing the macrofinancial situation in Ukraine has been investigated, its parameters being defined and systematized; the comparative analysis of Kenesian and monetarist methods of macroeconomic regulation has been made. The means of fiscal policy regulation have been structured, and their efficiency has been estimated. The system analysis of the character and trends of Ukrainian budget, tax, debt as well as monetary and credit policy for the last 12 years has been conducted. The stages of the Ukrainian tax system formation and development have been defined. The system of budget expenses has been analyzed and the ways and trends of its reforming have been grounded. The problems of budget deficit and state debt in Ukraine have been studied. The dynamics and structure of the money volumes and the anti-inflationary policy of Ukraine have been estimated.
