On the base of LH methods, by means of new lectins from Carpathian region, labeled by peroxidase and colloid gold (САВА-1 (NAcDGal), CABA-2 (NAcDGal, DGal), PMRL+ (DMan) and PMRL-(NAcDGlc), PFA and LABA ( LFuc), SSA (L-arabinose, DGal), it has been established their histochemical specificity. Glycoconjugate role has been shown in pathogenesis of such pathologic processes as periodontitis, mixed tumors of large salivary glands, placenta pathology, meningoencephalitis, HD.
