Essay

The comprehensive spectral-kinetic investigation of ionic AmBnXp (A=Cs, Rb, K, Na, Tl; B=Pb, Sn; X=C1, Br, І; m=1; 4; n=1; 2; р=3; 5; 6) mono- and nanocrystals were carried out under high-energy excitation using the time-resolved luminescent spectroscopy technique. Obtained results found the new trend for the physic of nanocrystals - luminescent spectroscopy for investigation of the transformation of electronic excitations in Pb-based nanocrystals and elaboration of luminescent materials for fast-operating detectors of high-energy radiation, other devices of quantum electronic. The basis has been provided for the further search for: i) semiconductor nanocrystals based on Sn2+, Bi3+ and Sb3+ ions; ii) dielectric profskite and elpasolite nanocrystals; iii) nanophosphors based on rare-earth ions; iv) doped nanophosphors. Application - luminescent materials science.
