Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of scientific - applied problem in the field of materials science - elaboration of the scientific principles of formation of complex structure abrasives based on superhard materials and refractory compounds and creation of high-effective abrasive tool. This had allowed to formulate the principles of choice of components of an abrasive and of a working layer of tool. The offered principles are confirmed experimentaly by creation of new (BNсф-BNв; BNсф-44А-ЦМ332; geksanit-ТіС; SiC-(WC+Co); diamond-ТіС) complex structure abrasives. On their basis the abrasive disks for effective processing of hardened steels, SHM on the base of a boron nitride, titanium alloys, reflective mirrors (W, Mo) of laser sets were designed. The stability of the tool from the high-cutting steels, which was sharpened by disks from geksanite, was increased in 1,5-3,0 times in compared with sharpening by standard disks. The disks (geksanit-ТіС) with ceramic binder allow to increase a cuttingdepth in 1,5-2,5 times at grinding of parts from hardened tool steels in compared with the monocorundum disks - best clones of native and foreign production. The designed disks on the base of complex structure abrasives are successful tested by mechanical engineering firms (more than 50) of different ministries and departments and the efficiency of their practical application use is demonstrated. The novelty and originality of researches performed was confirmed by 23 of copyright certificates.
