Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research and development of new, highly effective ways and means of transportation fire extinguishes of substances in conditions of objects of industrial transport. The detailed theoretical researches and mathematical modeling of the physical phenomena proceeding at directly current symmetrically axes and flat transportation powdergas and liquidgas of structures have been carried out. Behaviour of a jet powdergas, transport of pulse fire extinguishes in conditions of machine branch locomotiv with use have been investigated. It is established, that powdergas the jet in longitudinal section does not look homogeneous, and is divided into two zones - central and peripheral, thus the central zone uses powder from spraying final aperture, and peripheral - powder from the central zone, i.e. by that powder, which, meeting intensive resistance of air, loses the speed. It has been established, that on the basic site of a jet of current from final aperture biphase liquidgas of environment the condition of infringement of internal balance between gas component of a flow and drops of a liquid takes place. During our research it has been established, that the critical meanings of pulse pressure of shock waves in the working chamber fire extinguishes can be reduced by redistribution of a gas flow in section of a jet, for this purpose between the digit head and working chamber deflector is placed. It has been established, that for increase of a corner of disclosing symmetric to axis conic powdergas of a jet, transport from pulse fire extinguishes, it is necessary to ensure to twirl before an output from the device, that is provided with a new design fire extinguishes, supplied shovels in a ground part of the case before final aperture. The principles of construction and methods of account pulse fire extinguishies have been developed, their skilled samples with reference to condi-tions of industrial transport have been created. The introduction of the developed ways and means in conditions of objects of industrial transport have been carried out.
