Essay

The object is patients with calcific valvular heart disease(CVHD). Purpose: to determine the spreading, the main risk factors, morphofunctional changes of aortic and mitral valves and myocardium of heart ventriculi, the peculiarities of diagnosis, methods of medicamental therapy of the patients with CVHD. Methods: general clinical, dopplerechocardiograph, immunologic, morphologic. Novelty: spreading of CVHD is determined, risk factors pathomorphogenesis, hemodynamic heart function at early stages of CVHD, peculiarities of differential diagnosis with rheumatism, Lev's disease, estimation of CVHD damage degree and stages, medicamental treatment was applied. Results: there are determined the spreading, risk factors, pathomorphogenesis peculiarities, the changes of diastolicfunction at I-II st. of CVHD,criteria of differential diagnosis, methods of medicamental therapy.
