Dorofeyev A. Clinical and pathogenic characteristic of ulcerative colitis with extra bowel manifestations and optimization of it therapy

THE OBJECT OF RESEARCH: patients with different forms of ulcerative colitis and extra bowel manifestations. THE AIM OF STUDY: the optimization of diagnostic and treatment in different forms of ulcerative colitis with extra bowel manifestations on background of identification its basic pathogenic mechanisms. THEORETICAL RESULTS, PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND NOVELTY: dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostic and treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and UC patients with extra bowel manifestations. Predispositive factors and pathogenic mechanisms: slime barrier and slime productions, colon microbiocenosis, immune and methabolic disturbances in patients with UC and extra bowel manifestations were investigated. On background of heterogeneity of pathogenic disorders of different forms of UC with extra bowel manifestations, classification of extra bowel manifestation, diagnostic and treatment algoritms were proposed.
