Essay

The thesis dedicated to the solution scientific-practical problems to analysis of suicidogenesis pathogenetic mechanisms; definitions and descriptions of clinical-phenomenological features internal and external forms of self-destructive behaviour (SdB), and also clinical-pathogenetic types of its external forms; to mining and intrusion of complex methods of diagnostics and emergency treatment of external forms of SdB. At research 350 suicidents after suicidal attempt, 70 patients with the internal forms of SdB and respondent group confirmed the necessity both capability of differentiation of the forms and types of SdB. It developed the methods of complex diagnostic research of the different forms and types of SdB with allowance of different kinds co-morbid psychopathologic disturbances. The systems analysis of personal psychologic deviations conducted as psychologic predictors of autoagressive activity and their influence on suicidogenesis at the different forms and clinical-pathogenetic types of SdB.It developed and inserted the methods of complex emergent suicidological help in postsuicidal period after suicidal attempt.
