The dissertation is devoted to a problem of increase of efficiency of therapy and rehabilitation of children with not inflammatory defeats of a myocardium tonsillogenic genesis. Complex inspection of children with not inflammatory defeats of a myocardium tonsillogenic genesis including classical methods of inspection, studying of a functional condition of cardiovascular system, adaptation, immunity, biochemical index.The clinical and metabolic changes of the children depending on the degree organism deadaptation had been revealed. On the basis of the received data, the deadaptation classification of children with tonsillogenic non inflammatory defeats of myocardium had been suggested. The concept of the pathogenetic mechanism allowing described to be kept to not inflammatory defeat of a myocardium even after elimination of an original cause of disease (the center of an infection in a nasopharynx) which may be theoretical base of the new approach to therapy and rehabilitation of patients by not inflammatory defeats of a myocardium tonsillogenic genesis.The received new data have allowed to elaborate inspection and treatment of children with not inflammatory defeats of a myocardium tonsillogenic genesis in basis of a degree and deadaptation an organism.
