Subject of inquiry - technological processes of use of secondary power resources. The Purpose - a theoretical substantiation, development and a introduction of powersaving engineering of a heat supply on the basis of salvaging heat of adjustable cooling of rotating kilns. A complex method - mathematical modelling; the analytical solution and numerical research; industrial approbation and natural research with static machining of the information.Theoretical and practical results - the technological direction of design of airstream oscillators of heat from a surface of the kiln is proved and determined. Oscillators of new alternatives are developed, ways and systems of stabilization of required cooling of kilns are developed. On their basis ways of creation of power saving heat supply complex and the technique of their calculation are proved and developed. Complexes of heat supply ( up to 7.6 MVt ), with the reduced specific consumption of materials of system of selection up to 55% provide a fuel economy up to 8% , raise longevity of kilns and improve ecological parameters. Novelty - Power saving technology of industrial heat supply on the basis of secondary energy of adjustable airstream cooling of rotating kilns is developed . Extent of a introduction - results are introduced at a constructive technique and industrial production - complex of heat supply at three factories. Sphere of introduction - heat supply at factories with rotating kilns.
