The peculiarities of band structure and main optical properties was quantitative explained by compositional disorder and local deformations of lattice in the solid solutions. The new approach was proposed to analyze of the thermodynamic stability of disorder solid solutions in basis of molecular dynamics simulation of their thermodynamic functions.
