Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of remote control efficiency of highenergy processes, the information on which condition acts as deformed by the channel of transfer of images, by development and introduction adapted to features of object of the automated control system of information streams transformation. Managing information system of acceptance of decisions for control high processes offer energy. The opportunity of managing influences formation is proved by system which throughput is less than stream of the transferred information. High-speed methods of the information compression submitted as images are developed. Methods of the wave fronts of pulse electromagnetic radiation modeling radiated and reflected from object are developed. Base algorithms of a filtration of images concerning systems of processing of the real time information are advanced. Tool means of energy definition distribution of intensive pulse streams of thermal radiation in a range energy destruction of constructional materials are developed
