Essay

Object - the process of work which is caused by hydro-, heat- and mass- exchange in technological units and aggregates of agricultural aquipment. Metods - theoretical research based on graphs theory and exergy methods of analysis and optimization of technological systems and also based on mathematical modelling of the phenomena under investigation; experimental ones are based on physical and simulated modelling and also on resulfs of natural research. The novelty of the research - the complex method of analysis, synthesis and optimisation of the main energy saturated structural elements of the agricultural machines and apparatus has been developed. The exergoeconomic conception grade of the constructions' perfection of the energy change units and aggregates was proposed for the agriculture engineering for the first time with the purpose of the optimization their structural constructions. The correlations were substantiated and generalized algorithms of hydrodribes agricultural machines' systems which allow to define their power and economic efficiency were formulated. The dimensions were substantiated and the complex system of the main passing parts and section canal surfaces which provide the maximum expenditure sphere in the process of airdynamic losses. For the first time the mathematical model of the typical recuperative insulating heat exchange which is widely used in the agricultural industry was developed from the exergoeconomic point of view. This model helps to minimize the energetic expenses and choose the most effective variant of the device. Results - the method of agricultural machinery was created which permits to get the best results according to topology and the element's composition and, as the results, to raise its energetical efficiency. The method of construction of the passing parts of tubes of pneumatic plants was worked out, which made it possible to increase their efficiency and to decrease their energy losses up to the average of 15%. The new construction of device was created withthe turbulization stream system and the intensive heat system, continued with the temperature film electroheating devise, which is protected by the Ukrainian patent law and intends the decrease of its dementions up to 10…20% to compare with the existing ones.
