Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of novel methods and computer aided tool providing a objects condition by diagnostic features concentrated on local fragments of an observably signal under action of internal and external disturbances. The new stochastic model describing the mechanism of real signals generation is developed. The original method of a template estimation based on selection and averaging of the deformed signals realizations in the phase space is developed. Improving for harmonic and random noise suppression is advanced. The new approach to estimation of diagnostic tests utility from the point of view of a risk reduction is developed. The efficiency of dissertation results demonstrated on different application system using on Ukraine, Russia, Hungary and German.
