Essay

Modern process of competitive interaction of national economies on the world market in the context of its structural changes'. Development of scientific grounded strategy for Ukraine's achievement of sound international competitive status. Methods: historical-logical and system approach, analysis and synthesis. Methodological essence have been explained and classification of the theory of international competitiveness have been made. Modern approaches in the research of international competitiveness on the basis of complex analysis of new theories have been developed. Characteristics of modern global competitive environment have been further developed. Methods of countries' competitiveness have been improved. Priority directions (information and communication technologies, airspace equipment, electronic devices medicines) have been determined. Aushor's methods of innovation competitiveness evaluation have been grounded on mezzo-level. Calculation of the financial competitiveness of the main breaches ofnational economy have been done for the first time. Mechanism of Ukraine's achievement of high competitive status have been grounded, its instruments, ways of realization and the main components have been determined. Conditions, factors, ways and peculiarities of highly competitive national economies' formation in the context of globalization. Recommendations on forming an effective realization mechanism of Ukraine's foreign economic policy and methods of calculating the indicators of regionak innovation competitiveness have been introduced.
