The dissertation is devoted to the psychological aspects of readiness of participants of educational activity for management of innovative processes in secondary school in the present-day conditions of society development. The author considers psychological characteristics of the management in secondary school and gives the results of the investigations of the educational and academic management, it's functional levels and specific methods. He represents the most important tendencies in school management system renovation, and describes the innovations in the main types of the administrative actions, such as: planning, organization, managing and control. The dissertation defines more precisely the content, exposes the criteria, modifies the diagnostic technique and determines the levels of psychological readiness of the participants of the educational activity for the management of the innovative processes in secondary school. The psychological readiness of the subject of the educational process for the management of the innovative processes in secondary school has been shown to be a complex of inter-connected and inter-determined psychological attributes that provide for a successful cooperation of all subjects of management activity and effectiveness of management in general. A program of enhancing of psychological readiness of the participants of educational process for the management of innovative processes in secondary school has been developed.
