Об'єкт дослідження - guarantees of the right and freedom of the person and the citizen as a component of legal system, a social-legal phenomenon. Мета дослідження - complex research and definitions of objective laws of formation philosophycal-legal ideas about guarantees of the rights and freedom of the person and the citizen and their reflection in the right. Методи дослідження - general-philosophycal approaches, which based on principles of a determinism and dialectics; the analysis of the scientific literature, system, structurally functional, synthesis, comparisons and oppositions, analogies. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів - the essence and structure of concepts of guarantees of the rights and freedom - liberal and collectivist is determined, their essence, dialectic interrrrelation, the scientific and practical importance, forms of consolidation in world and domestic constitutional practice, and also have got the further development factors which influence a reality of warranting of the rights and freedom of the person and the citizen. Практичне значення одержаних результатів - the proaden and deepening of level and amount of knowledges about esse, evolution, contents of rights and freedams of person and their guarantees, of conseptual approaebes regarding reflection of gnarantees of rights and freedoms of person and citizen in law. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - uses in activity, as assistant-adviser of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, expansion of spheres of scientific research of general legal problems and conceptual positions of guarantees of the rights and freedom of the person and the citizen, in educational process National academy of interior Affairs of Ukraine.
