Essay

The dissertation presents the research of clinical peculiarities, morphological and functional changes, toxicokinetics of chromium, treatment of ulcer disease and chronic gastroduodenitis. The clinical course is characterized by some peculiarities. It was determined that gastric juice is one of the principal media of chromium concentration in fluid tissues of the organism. It is may serve as an index of chromium cumulative action. Chromium concentration in the blood and stomach contents increases depending on the length of work experience. Reduced stomach secretory function, considerably decreased protective properties and sharply activated aggressive properties of the gastric juice are observed. It was determined that the proposed method is very effective in the treatment of ulcer disease and chronic gastroduodenitis.
