Essay

Subject - patients with lung tuberculosis and chronic bronchitis. The aim - to study the objective laws of the combinated course of lung tuberculosis and chronic bronchitis, to work out the recomendation of diagnosis, to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Three main ethiopathogenetical variants of forming chronic bronchitis in lung tuberculosis were established.The definition of the early stage of chronic bronchitis, the system of the early diagnosis of the violation of bronchial passability in the patients with lung tuberculosis were showed. The approach to immunocorrection, the treatment of the patients with lung tuberculosis in combination with chronic bronchitis were worked out.
