Essay

The thesis is devoted to the question of improvment of diagnostics and treatment level in newborns with intrauterine growth retardation. Based on summation and comparement of clinical, biochemical and immunological examination of 650 newborns with different variants of IUGR. The conteption of postnatal adaptation was formulated and ellaborated the criteria of diagnostics in postnatal period as well based on the especialitiaes of neuroendocrinal homeostasis, of immunity system, memrane status the treatment metods depending of clinical intrauterine growth retardation variants are pathogeneticaly was founded.
