Grokholsky V. Administration of activity of special units of MIA of Ukraine in fighting against organized criminality.

The thesis is devoted to analys of organizational - lawful problems of admini-stration of MIA special units' activity in fighting against organized criminality. It is investigated the context, principles, functions, forms, methods of state and MIA ad-ministration of special units' activity in fighting against organized criminality; it is based the functional structure of administration of units; it is analyzed their organ-izational structure; it is examined the work with stuff and scientific organization of their work; it is examined the lawful providing of special units' activity in fighting against organized criminality; the foreign experience of fighting against it.
