Essay

The aim of dissertation is development of scientific bases of reducing electric injuries level on industry and in private life using system approach. The concept of increase of a level of electrical safety is improved. The concept provides development of normative baseline concerning allowable electrical affectings which as against operating, takes into account all mechanisms of a lesion and provides not only protection of human life, but also protection against a traumatizing of an organism.
