Essay

Dissertation is devoted to creation of effective methods and facilities of providing of normal parameters of air environment of production apartments of factories of nodulizing ironore concentrates of on dust and temperature to the factors. The methods of calculation of aerodynamic and structural parameters of the local sucking of pyle- and calorificating technological equipment are offered; calcining machines, shifting knots, bunkers, knots of rumble. Analytically go the expressions to deduce an ejected air consumption in closed chamfers of a different capacity and configuration of at unrelated, related and combined modes of motions of friable material of a different calibre and temperature. In theory grounded, developed and model tested methods and facilities of diminishment of the required volumes of aspiration and reduction of taking materials away to the aspiration system, providing of high aerodynamic stability of aspiration systems. The heating engineering and hydraulic methods of prevention of overgrowing by the aspiration airway deposits of dust are developed. The method of intensification of an air exchange in the corps of calcining of pellets is offered, providing the normal microclimatic terms on the works of grounds of calcining machines.
