The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the subject of administrative law of Ukraine in present conditions of its reforming. The attention is paid to the structure of administrative law relations, to trends concerning the extension of the range of its features and aspects. There is the study of problems of determination and development of modern administrative law category - the object of the mentioned law branch, and there is also the study of its realization stages, especially the attention is paid to particularities of the matter of development stages, of legal insuring and direct realization of social needs and interests groups that form the notion "the object of administrative law".
