Essay

Objects - phosphate mobilizing microorganisms: vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza (VAM) fungi, bacteria; agricultural plants (winter and spring wheat, barley spring, soy bean, mais, rape). Methods - laboratory, field, statistical. Newness - the monitoring of phosphate mobilizing microorganisms at south chernozem and dark-chestnut soil has been realized. Effective strains of phosphate mobilizing bacteria have been isolated: it was studied theirs properties, conducted theirs identification, mechanisms of action at hard soluble phosphates has been revealed. The positive action of inoculation at assimilation of plants of hard soluble organic and mineral phosphates has been installed. For the first time the possibility of use of Ukrainian phosphates has been instaled. Results - preparation forms of phosphate mobilizing microorganisms for inoculation of seeds; bacterial PMB 32-3 and root form - of VAM fungi. The application of this forms raise of impact of assimilation of hard soluble phosphorus compound ofagricultural plants, improve theirs nutrition and rise yield. It was obtained, that use of preparation forms of phosphate mobilizing microorganisms are economic beneficial and effective at bioengineering respect. Branch - soil and agricultural microbiology, agriculture, plant-growing.
