Kravtsova T. Administrative - legal bases of state regulatory policy realization in economic activities sphere

The thesis is devoted to analysis of theoretical and methodical principles, grounds and procedures of regulation function in the government and local self-management administrative activity in economic sphere. Public and legal basis of economic order and legal basis of economic activities state regulation organization in Ukraine are defined, administrative legal nature, methods and forms of the government regulatory activities are analyzed, recommendations, directed on legal grounds improvement and the practice of the state regulation in economic sphere activities are formulated. The administrative economic law as new direction in administrative law science is argued.
