Rudenko L. Research methodology and business models of transnational corporations development

The processes of establishing and developing transnational corporations in the modem global environment. The theoretical generalization of the process of thansnationalization, the substantiation of the methodological and practical foundations of forming business patterns for the development of transnational corporations on the basis of defining their system-forming determinants in the process of globalization. The methods used are the logical and dialectical method of cognition, the system analysis, the statistical and index methods, the methods of forecasting and scientific abstraction. The theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of TNC functioning are shown, the global tendencies of their development are revealed and on the basis of the polysystem approach the modem dynamic businessmodel is formed; the model, which can provide the inflow of capital to a corporation under the influence of the factors of the external global environment and the determinants of the internal potential of self-development. A model is recommended which can be used for appraising the competitiveness of the determinants of internal potential of national corporate structures' self-development as well as determining the influence of transnational corporations activities on the Ukrainian financial and investment market.
