Harytonova О. Administrative legal relations: conceptual foundations and legal nature

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of conceptual foundations and legal nature of administrative legal relations. The problems of conceptual legal relations in native legal science and its influence on the establishment of this category in administrative law have been researched in the thesis. The essence, the specific features and classifications of administrative legal relations as a public legal category, the connection of norm of administrative legal relations are defined here. The author finds out the reasons of arising and transformation of administrative legal relations. Regulative and protective administrative legal relations are subjected to the detailed analysis. The definitions of separate categories of administrative law, the range of suggestions and recommendations dwelt on improvement of theoretical legal principles of administrative legal relations are formulated in this thesis.
