Bilynska M. Public Administration of Branch Standartisation in Condition of High Medical Education in Ukraine

The object - is the public administration of the higher medical education standardization. The objective - is the scientific and theoretical justification of the essence, tendencies of the public administration mechanisms development of the public administration of the higher medical education standardization, the development of the concept of the field standardization of the public administration. The methods - are abstract and logic, economic and mathematic analyses, systematic approach, systematic and analytical. The newness - is that conceptual and complete analyses of the higher medical education standardization processes as an innovative social phenomenon has been held; the tendencies of the strategy formation of the quality management have been highlighted as well as the perspectives of the modern model of the systematic and objective type of the national system of the medical education quality management on the backgrounds of the field standards of the higher medical education have been suggested. The results - are that the most important mechanisms of the public administration of the field standardization of the higher medical education as the constituent of the scientific field "public administration" from the positions of the systematic approach have been formulated and scientifically proved; the conceptual approach to the modern model of the managerial activity with the development of the field standards of the higher medical education has been developed.
