the object - children with bilateral cleft lip and palate; the aims to increase of efficiency complex treatment of children with bilateral cleft lip and palate by means of elaboration of treating and preventive measures (orthodontic, surgical, surgical-and-orthodontic), defined in time, terms, sequence and extent; the methods - clinical,laboratory, instrumental, statistical; the new is - there was made a clinic and laboratory substantiation of factors, that influence a development of secondary deformations of nasal and labial complex and upper maxilla at children with bilateral cleft lip and palate. Also, there was elaborated a complex of surgical-and-orthodontic measures defined in time, extent and sequence; the outcomes - there were found out consequences of violation of complexity, sequence and timeliness of treatment at children with inborn bilateral cleft lip and palate, that allowed to elaborate and prove the effectiveness of use of suggested complex of treating and preventive measures.
