Essay

Research object - concrete used during impact loading. Purpose: the working out of scientific grounds of increasing of the concrete strength during impact loading due to the management of microstructural parametres by means of changing of technological factors of their obtaining. Methods: physical modeling during studying of the microstructures, computer programs of the handling of data (artificial neuronal networks and so on) for the forecasting of concrete properties. There is represented the mechanism of the structure organization of concrete with forming of interfaces transmission zones, technological and operational cracks. There is built up a methodological base for the research of the concrete strength depending on structural parametres, conditions of operation, and technological factors. There are studied the regularities of the property changes of concrete subjected to impact loading under the influence of its structure, operating conditions, including moistening and temperatureincreasing, frequent freezing. There are proposed technological recommendations for elaboration of concrete with low cracking during impact loading, which are used by design offices ("Inwestprojekt" and other ones) and construction firms in Poland. The field of application: manufacturing of high impact resistance concrete for aerodrome slabs, port construction, prefabricated driving poling and so on.
