The subject of the research - the processes taking place at mechanical-chemical activation of binder's suspension and properties of hardening and hardened composes. The aim of the work - theoretical and experimental foundation of realization of mineral binders mechano-chemical activation in suspension in the technology of detting of building composites with the reducing energy- and material capacity. Methods - a special structure of triboactivator with regulated numbers of furs of the mixing chamber working part for mechanico-chemical activation of mineral binders in the media with vohich they react without their destroying was worked out and their production in series was carried out. The planning of many factors experiments for getting models, physics-chemical methods of material analysis. The influence of mechanico-activation binders regimes, dispersity and quartz fillers quantity on the properties of cementing stone was determined. The schemes of neuly established products interaction with a moving particle and environment in turbulent flour were suggested. The technological recommendation for concrete working out on mechanico-activated binder were proposed. The concrete composition on mechanico-activated binder is optimizated. The work was inculcated on the enterprises of construction industry, in the form of wide range of building products. The field of using - concrete production on mechanico-activated binders of reduced enrgy- and material capacity.
