Mishchenko V. Clinico-laboratory and morphological peculiarities of herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection in children and new ways of its early diagnostics improvement

Object of a research - children from 1mounth to14 yaer's age, which ill to acute of intestinal, respiratory infections, in neuroinfections and acute virus hepatitis. The purpose to improve diagnostics signification ensemble of anamnesis, clinico-laboratory dates, immunological markers', morphological indices and of its base to perfectionner of the diagnostics herpes virus mono and mixed- infection at children, to work original diagnostics computer system, to argumenter classification of analysis of herpes virus infection. It was used complex of clinic, laboratory, serologic, moleculer- biological, morphological methods and methods of accessory diagnostics with statistical analysis. The outcome of a research is development the determination of the clinic diagnostics, morphological indices, classification, original diagnostics computer system and published methodical recommendations. The outcomes are introduced at a branch level in the field of protection of health.
