Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to development of materials on the basis of alloyed chromium and its coats (as alternative technology of galvanic chromium plating) with increased wear-, corrosion-resistance and refractoriness to serve. The decision of this scientific-applied problem was to create initial materials on the basis of chromium alloys suitable conditions of gas-thermal, vacuum spraying as well as electrospark alloying. Physical and chemical properties of gas-thermal, vacuum spraying and electrospark coats and their working capacity under conditions of friction, high temperatures and corrosive medium are established. Industrial technologies of manufacturing bar having 4 mm diameter UzКGТМ), tubes of 6-53 mm diameter (VNITI) and gas-flame coatings on piston rings ( " Russian diesel engine ") are developed. The resource of engine work in the forced regime has increased by factor of 1.5-2. Heat resistance of coats at a temperature 1275 K is 0.0107 mg / (cm2 h).
