Essay

Theoretical motivations are executed and mathematical models, methods and algorithms of gathering, processing and interpretation of the medical information are designed. Methods and algorithms of transformation and analysis of electrocardiosignals are developed. Language of formalization of experience of experts of system of representation and interpretation of knowledge in the dynamic subject environments, making a basis of methodology of construction of models of dynamic systems is created and investigated, the automated databases of the medical information, algorithm of the medical data are developed; information technologies of an estimation of dynamics of changes of a functional condition of an organism of the person; algorithms of registration, preliminary processing and diagnostic interpretation of the medical information, structure and means of the software are investigated. Experimental approbation and check of the developed mathematical models, algorithms and programs is executed. High efficiency of the developed methods was confirmed by experiments. The thesis suggested methods and means of increasing of survivability distributed data processing systems based on autonomous messages analysis - method of topological correlation. Within the framework methods and facilities of trace and monitoring of the distributed applications are offered.
