Accounting the wave vector uncertainty it have been developed the theoretical approaches to the research of the local effects of biological objects response forming at interaction with ultrasound waves. For coaxial focused beams it has been proved the existence of the supersonic nonlinear sources in the focal region, which cause the scattering of DFW under Cherenkov emission. The Doppler spectra of the flow-line at continuous and impulse irradiation are obtained and analyzed as well as the power Doppler spectra for axial-symmetric flows. The findings are generalized to the case of the velocity gradients resulting in the optimization of the probing parameters. The adaptive procedures for elimination of speckle-noises from the local response are elaborated. It have been researched the strain fields induced by localized impulse radiation pressure force in the visco-elastic media. The methods for the local measurement of viscosity and elasticity of the soft tissues and for reconstruction of their inhomogeneities are proposed.
