Essay

Object of research - a general civilization process of transition from development of authoritarian systems of a state authority both management and mechanisms of their realization to democratic. The purpose of research - system substantiation in a context of development of globalization processes, information and public transformations of theoretical and methodological bases of formation new research paradigm of democratization of mechanisms of state management of processes of public transformations in transitive company and development on its basis of conceptual bases of innovation strategy of democratic development of the Ukrainian company and system model of its consecutive realization. Methods of research - axiomatic; scientific abstraction and nonlinear (indetermined) thinking; historical and logic; structurally functional; structural - logic modeling; comparative; analogies, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The practical significance of the received results is that the scientificgeneralizations of results of research are lead up to a level of the concrete offers, which can be taken into account by the subjects of the legislative initiative. The scientific novelty of the received results is that the thesis is the first system research of conceptual theoretical and methodological bases of formation new research paradigm of democratization of mechanisms of state management of processes of public transformations in transitive company, which has allowed to develop system model of consecutive transition from authoritarian organized (subject - object) systems to the democratic systems, self-organized (subject - subject) of state management and mechanisms of their realization at different levels of the systems of state management and local government, acting in Ukraine.
