The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and methodological principles, bases and procedure of administrative enforcement in public law of Ukraine. For the first time public law of Ukraine is defined as a normative basis of existence of a new variety of state-legal enforcement, its system is marked out and elements are described. Notion, essence, list of characteristics of administrative enforcement in public law of Ukraine, classification of its measures are proposed.
