Dissertation is devoted to the study of exterior of animals of the Ukrainian red- and black-and-white dairy and Simmental breeds with the use of traditional (instrumental) methods of estimation and modern (visual) methods of linear classification. The level of variability and heritability points of exterior, that characterize building in the absolute values of measuring and in the relative of datum of estimation of mark scale, influence of paratypic and genotypic factors on their development with the study of level and orientation of correlation linked between the points of exterior and milk-yield.
