Essay

The dissertation describes a new way of solving currently important applied scientific problem of the forecasting mining and geological conditions of development of coal deposits of Donbas on the basis of laws of change of these conditions with depth and on the area of coal is given. The new model of formation of Donbas is offered which is based on the concept of movable tectonics. Parameters describing intensity paleodislocations, current movements and stress condition of the sedimentary thickness of rocks are designed. The closed statistic relations between parameters of tectonics and mining and geological conditions are established. The scientific basic elements are developed for complex-and tectonic method of forecasting mining and geological conditions. The results of research were published in 93 articles and 1 monographie.
