Essay

The object of research: process of braking and working processes in brake control of machine wheels. The aim of research: to increase the technical level of machine wheels with improving the quality on the basis of ensuring it's functional stability. Methods of research and apparatus: the usage of methods of decision linear and non-linear differential equations, methods of similarity theory, probability-statistical methods, mathematical device of error theory and theory of perceptibility; methods of natural testing was used in the experimental part. The theoretical and practical results: defining new pattern(rules) of changing the stability index of effectiveness of braking wheels of machines on the basis of forecasting it's development with time; executed valuation influence of constructive parameters of machine wheels on it's stability during braking with regards to functional instability system "driver-automobile-road environment"; proposed and experimental confirmation the basic theory of stabilization of machine wheels during braking; worked out the methodogy of energy approach to forming of stable of braking properties of machine wheels. The basic positions, working and recommendation usage in educational processes during the preparation of engineering-mechanical, engineer-designers and master-researchers by speciality 7.090258 "Automobile and automobile economy", 7.090211 " Wheel and caterpillar means of transportation", and also by perfecting of brake control of series of automobile and projecting of new ones in seven automobile plants and 5 scientific-research organizations. Novelty (Newness): on the basis of conducting retrospective analysis for development of systems "the driver-automobile-road environment" executed prognos of changing the demands to braking quality of machine wheels and stability of it's characteristics. For the first time was defined the interrelation stability structures and parameters of brake control with the behaviour of systems "driver-automobile-road environment" duringbraking. The extent of application: worked out the methodical and model of forecasting development demands to effectiveness of braking; define the radius of inertial of machine wheels on the stage of projection; chose parameters of brake control with regards to its functional stability; valuation of course stability of machine wheels during braking; proposed variants combinations of designed elements of brake control; energy approach to forming of stable brake quality of machine wheels-using Zaporozshe automobile plant, Kremenchuk automobile plant, Lvov automobile plant. Volzskim automobile plant, Gorko automobile plant, OAO "automobile plant "Ural", automobile plant in the name of Lixashova, ZAO UKRAUTOBUSPROM",GP GOCAUTOTRANSNIIproject, the central scientific-research armament institutions and military equipments of armament forces of Ukraine, institutes of machine and systems of Minprompolitics and NAN Ukraine, GNTSE RF FGUP "NAMI". Field of usage: automobile construction.
